House under the Palm Tree Leaf

The Warsaw Palm Tree is waiting for new dates!  In order for the Palm Tree to bear fruit in the new season, it needs our help. On Saturday, 11 April 2026, we invite you to the House under the Palm tree Leaf, where we will create new bunches of dates for it together. Dates are also amulets—they are considered sacred fruits with symbolic meaning, especially in Middle Eastern cultures and religions such as Islam and Judaism: they symbolize fertility, abundance, and hospitality.

Come and contribute your brick (or rather, your date!). You don’t have to be an artist, you don’t have to know how to sew or be skilled at manual work. What matters is the desire to do something together. This is a great opportunity to spend your Saturday afternoon in a creative and relaxing way, and at the same time become part of the history of Palma. The fruits of your labor will hang on the tree and decorate the city center, reminding everyone of the power of working together.
